We are offering Lineman Training for serious Youth/High School Offensive and Defensive Linemen who want to be the best they can be. They will receive college level technique and drill work in a competitive environment. Participants will develop the proper foundation to outperform their competition.
Led by Director Shannon Breen, our program is guided by a deep passion for the game. Shannon is a former professional football center with a career spanning the Arena Football League and CFL. He’s personally coached some of Maryland’s top talent, including Rob Havenstein of the Los Angeles Rams. Shannon’s mission is simple: to help every client get 1% better, every single session. Train with a pro and elevate your game.
