QB Factory offers two training options:

QB Factory Central: Based in Maryland, serves the D/M/V area (DC, Maryland, Virginia), plus Delaware, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Founder/Lead Instructor: Chris Baucia and a Coaching Staff with over 50 years of combined coaching experience at the College and High School level.

QBVIP Fly-in Program: This program is for those players who want to be trained and evaluated by QB Factory, but are located outside of QB Factory Central’s weekly program’s reach.

For all QB Factory Progressive Training Programs:

Each young man is challenged to improve through:

  • low coach-to-player ratios
  • personal attention from Coach Baucia’s experienced staff, and
  • a high-repetition tempo that many have never experienced in other programs or camps

Each teaching and drill segment builds systematically on the previous segment so that the fundamentals that are learned will be retained. This allows each player to see immediate progress in their skill level.
