“My son took leaps and bounds after the tutelage from Coach Baucia. Not only in confidence, but fundamentally as well. He’s the best QB Coach I’ve seen!! Our son played at Gonzaga HS and is now at Stanford due to working with Coach Baucia and his staff at the QB Factory”

Donna Hogan, Parent of Kevin Hogan (Stanford, NFL)

“As the parent of a little boy with a dream to be the greatest QB of all time, I went searching high and low to find the very best place and the very best people for him to have a chance at his dream. We looked online, went to camps, literally traveled all over the country to find the best teachers and methodologies.

“We found a true savant, Coach Chris Baucia right here in the DMV. He doesn’t just teach the position or run drills. He will equip your son(s) with the tools to succeed at the position.

“He has a special ability to connect with kids regardless of their background or station in life. And with that to teach and correct mistakes with love and laughter while helping to develop a strong sense of confidence in a kid’s ability to perform starting at any level.

“Coach Baucia is one of the very best in the country.”

Carl Williams, Parent of Caleb Williams (Gonzaga HS, USC)

“I wasn’t sure what we were exactly signing Ryan up for 3 years ago.  Ann and I knew he had some raw talent and a good throwing arm.  We felt he needed some “extra training” to excel on the field.  I remember walking around at practice asking some of the other parents how long they had participated in QB factory, and was it worth the investment.  I can tell you now it’s absolutely worth the investment.  QB factory does not provide extra training.  QB factory provides essential training.

“Raw talent, drive and ambition are all great attributes, but to succeed, your QB needs to execute consistently.  Coach Baucia and his outstanding staff provide essential foundational skills and continuing education to allow your athlete to consistently execute on the field.  You cannot find this type of training or attention to detail anywhere else.  Coach Baucia’s progressive skills program delivers focused drill-oriented training with immediate feedback.  Frequent opportunities to learn from current and former college coaches and film study accentuate the program.  Athletes are literally trained by the best instructors right alongside the best Quarterbacks in the region and nation (this is not an exaggeration).

“Training at QB factory provides your athlete visible, measurable growth in skills and execution.  This will be especially evident when you watch your QB compete under the Friday-night lights, or at combines and camps.  I can assure you – College coaches and recruiters recognize QB factory athletes when they see them.  And when they do, they pick up the phone and call Coach Baucia for details.

“Ryan’s QB factory story so far has led him to the University of Delaware where he will compete as a Blue Hen.  Our son Kevin is working hard to write a similar QB factory story.    What will your athletes QB Factory story be?  I wish you luck!”

James O’Connor, Parent of Ryan O’Connor (Easton HS, University of Delaware) and Kevin O’Connor (Easton HS)

“Coach Baucia and his entire staff are second to none when it comes to Quarterbacks! The most critical part in QB development is consistency and the toughest part about being a QB is the recruiting process. Parents, the recruiting process for a QB is different and very challenging so it is critical to have guidance from a trusted and experienced staff. Coach Chris and staff were instrumental in helping us through the process. There were many ups and downs during the recruiting process but Coach Chris and staff were by our side every step of the way until completion.

“The QB Factory is very consistent with their approach. We love the consistent weekly training provided by the QB Factory all year long. We also take advantage of the 1 on 1 training provided to help tweak some small things. The QB Factory training was instrumental in improving Scott’s mechanics, muscle memory, footwork, escape techniques and much more helping him to be selected MIAA All-Conference as well as receiving a D1 scholarship to Towson University.”

Greg Smith, Parent of Scott Smith (St. Paul’s School, Towson)

“Coach Baucia was a tremendous blessing to our family in his QB coaching of our son Kurt. Coach started working with Kurt his Soph year of high school. As a football coach myself I needed a specialist because QB training is a totally different  world  and skill. Coach B’s one-on-ones, plus the QB Factory group workouts, were where Kurt really developed into the QB he is today. Being an all Metro OPY to the IVY LEAGUE OPY, Coach B was with Kurt the whole way. His mentoring and coaching made Kurt a smart and mentally tough QB.

“Coach B was very involved in helping Kurt get college exposure and would contact many schools across the country helping Kurt in finally making his decision on attending Yale and becoming  a 4-year starter, breaking every record Yale ever had for a QB and leading them to 2 Ivy Championships . None of the accomplishments Kurt achieved would be possible if it was not for the coaching of Coach B and the QB FACTORY team. Any young QB that wants to be the best needs to see this great Coach !“

Keith Rawlings, Parent of Kurt Rawlings (Yale)

“My son Nathan started playing quarterback in 5th grade.  It was his dream to play Division I football as a quarterback.   As a high school football coach of over 30 years, I wanted to provide my son with the best training possible to help him achieve that dream.  We spent the first few years of his QB training by a “piecemeal” approach.  We would try different QB camps, trainers, and occasionally, QB Factory training sessions and camps.   What we realized after those first few years is there is nothing better than what Coach Baucia and QB Factory has to offer.  The last two years of Nathan’s training was strictly with QB Factory through the weekly Elite QB Training.  This is a year round training program.   What a huge difference it made.  Our biggest regret is that we did not do the Elite training from the beginning.    There was never any promise of scholarships or Division I offers.  The only thing promised was hard work, a lot of reps, and a process that would help my son become the best QB he could become.   Coach Baucia and his staff at QB Factory are outstanding professionals.  They are committed to the kids.  Their goal is to help them become the best quarterbacks they can become.  The product of QB Factory for my son is a dream realized.  Nathan will be playing football at Towson in the fall.  However, he gained so much more through the process of working with QB Factory.  This would not have happened had it not been for the work and tutelage of Coach Baucia and his staff at QB Factory.  Thank you Coach Baucia, and the coaches of QB Factory.”

Jeff Kent, Parent of Nathan Kent (Liberty HS, Towson)

“The QB Factory formula has proven successful over time for young QBs aspiring to take their game to the next level.  Proper mechanics plus necessary intangibles (footwork, throwing, release time, muscle memory, situational intelligence) are all developed in a competitive venue.  Developing the physical part of the game today is an absolute requirement, but few can master the art of the cerebral and mental toughness components that are required for sustained success.  The QB factory emphasizes both:  training à on the field and in the classroom.  Situational learning is a big part of the QB factory experience.  Above all, when your son competes with the best, the incremental improvements made – over time – will allow the QB/athlete to reach his pinnacle.  These attributes, in total, are key when the coach ultimately chooses who he selects to lead his team.  For those that engage in the process and welcome the grind, this atmosphere will provide maximum benefit.  Rarely mentioned, but equally as important, are the skills that are acquired (pocket presence, downfield vision, anticipatory throwing, ability to escape) — and translate seamlessly for the multi-sport QB/athlete who also competes on the court, on the mat, or on the field in the spring.”

Carl Etchison, Parent of Christian Etchison (Westminster, Shepherd University)

“If you asked me the first words that come to mind when I think of Chris Baucia, it would be trust, consistency, and QB Guru.

“My son Jayden Umbarger started training under Chris at the QB Factory about 7 years ago when he was about 12 years old.  From the very first meeting, my family and I were hooked with Chris and his infectious personality. My son was a great athlete but wanted him to improve as a Quarterback.  Chris transformed him into much more then that.  The fundamentals that Chris ingrained in Jayden helped him with his mechanics, 3,5 step drops, scrambling and throwing out of the pocket and so much more.

“Under Chris, Jayden went to the best private schools in the Baltimore area, all the while helping him achieve First Team All Conference, All Metro, and All State Honors.  Ultimately,  Chris was paramount in helping Jayden secure his dream of playing football at the United States Naval Academy as a QB.  I can’t say enough about Chris Baucia and The QB Factory. I can’t think of another person that has been as instrumental in my son’s success.  Chris will always have a place in the Umbarger family.”

Glenn Umbarger, Parent of Jayden Umberger (US Naval Academy)

“Chris Baucia is one of the finest teachers of quarterback fundamentals and techniques. He has the remarkable ability to relate to all levels and abilities. Chris incorporates discipline and the precise details in each player to bring out their maximum potential. His positive teaching style motivates players to want to achieve more ”

Chris Cosh, Assistant College Coach & Parent of Billy Cosh, Maryland State Passing Record Holder (Kansas State, Houston)

“The aspect that I like the most about the QB Factory is that it is focused on fundamentals and repetition. A lot of other camps are focused on sophisticated nuances of the game that really do not help youth and high school QB’s develop the fundamentals that are absolutely critical to being an effective quarterback. Most kids learn these nuances for the two or three days of a camp and then there is no long term training available for the student to reinforce those skills. The QB Factory program requires students to develop the skills and fundamentals that they learn during the sessions throughout the year so these skills and fundamentals become a part of the quarterback’s practice and gameday performance.

“I have seen Chris Baucia work with 6-year-olds to advanced college QB’s and I am most impressed with his focus on the fundamentals of the position. I have coached at various QB camps and my son has also attended many camps on the East Coast and there is NO comparison with QB Factory. It is simply the best long-term QB training available in the region. He is the starting QB at DeMatha HS due to his training at the QB Factory”

Denny English, Parent of Beau English (DeMatha, Air Force)

“My son started working with Coach Baucia at QBF in 7th grade. He is now a Freshman and just finished playing his first season of football at Gettysburg College. Coach Baucia & QBF have played a tremendous role in helping prepare my son to play the QB position but more importantly they also helped mold him to become a young leader. Every one-on-one session, film session and group session helped him grow in confidence as he learned and honed all of the necessary skills to play the position. Positive reinforcement is how they coach and it really encouraged my son to have no regrets, to pursue his dreams and to continue to play the game he loves after high school.

“His college coaches compliment him on how fundamentally sound he is – from having the best footwork and quickest delivery to being able to read/recognize many different defensive coverages – and that is all because of the time spent with Coach Baucia and the QBF team.

“My son views Coach Baucia and Coach Stein as role models in his life and continues that relationship today. They are truly masters of their craft and know how to coach players but also earn the respect & trust of the young athletes that they work with on a weekly/daily basis. QBF not only made our son a better Quarterback, but it also made him a better young man and helped prepare him for the next phase of his academic and athletic journey!”

Jan Stolarik, Parent of Mason Stolarik (Gettysburg College)

“Coach Baucia and his staff provide the personal attention that is unparalleled by any other QB training service available. The difference is that Coach Baucia and his staff actually take the time to understand the strengths and weaknesses of every QB and they work through the course of the entire program to help the QB further develop all of the skills required to play quarterback. I only trust the QB Factory with my son’s future at the quarterback position”

Todd Cockerville, Parent of Shane Cockerville (University of Maryland)

“Thank-you Coach Baucia and all the staff at Quarterback Factory. You have done a great job of creating an environment for quarterbacks to hone their skills and our son Daniel has benefited greatly from the instruction he has received. It was a long trip from Central PA, but always worth the drive as the workouts were intense and provided ample repetitions. The drills are well thought out and purposeful. Some emphasize throwing off platform, some getting the ball out quickly, and others to read the defense and make the right throw. The classroom work was equally beneficial to improve defense recognition and decision-making skills. And while there were many quarterbacks in attendance, dividing into smaller group sizes with very little down time between drills allowed for much needed repetitions to help perfect technique. One of the added bonuses is the friendly competition and camaraderie formed between the athletes. There is a tremendous benefit to having high level athletes learning and competing against each other. They learn from each other and push each other to get better. And along the way we have seen the friendships formed between kids from all different backgrounds as they pursue a common goal. Again, we are grateful for all the help and instruction you have provided our son. Keep up the good work!”

Mark and Suzanne Shoch, Parents of Daniel Shoch (Selinsgrove Area HS)

“Coach Chris and his staff at QB Factory have helped put Noah in a position where he was able to compete at a high level during his elementary and middle school years. After several years, Noah had the confidence and work ethic to be one of only 12 players in 13 seasons to make Varsity as a Freshman at CHC. Noah was in a position where he was able to compete for the starting job. During his Freshman season Noah was able to gain experience by playing in most of the games. We contribute a lot of the success to Coach Chris and his staff for preparing Noah mentally and physically over the last several years. “

Rob Brannock, Parent of Noah Brannock (Calvert Hall College HS)

“Why should you chose the QB Factory? TRUST! The staff at the QB factory will follow thru with their word!!

“When our son told us he wanted to be the best QB he could be, we put him in the hands of Chris Baucia and never looked back. Reese was drilled the fundamentals of footwork and how to handle the ball, over and over. What our son didn’t realize was that slowly Coach Baucia was building his confidence, thru repetition and understanding what the coaches were telling him. With confidence comes leadership. The high quality one-on-one sessions mixed in with group work allowed our son to see his skills put into practice. All the while Coach Baucia was present to film and correct his footwork and throwing motion. Coach Baucia was the right fit for Reese, no nonsense kind of guy that will fight until the bitter end for you. Coach Baucia built a QB in our son, but he also built a confident 18 yo man who lead his team to the State Championship game. So not only did Coach Baucia help our son with his goals he also helped 35 other young men reach goals they didn’t know were possible. QB is the toughest position for recruiting and Coach has stuck by our side thru highs and the lows. He taught us (his parents) how to walk thru the recruiting process. Coach is not just looking for a scholarship, he searching for the right fit and with all of his contacts he has been able to steer us in the best direction for our son.

“I have 2 more sons and if they want to be QB’s we will be sending them to Coach Baucia!”

Amy Poffenbarger, Parent of Reese Poffenbarger (Middletown)

“Chris Baucia and the Quarterback Factory team provide the training needed to be a successful quarterback in today’s game. The repetitions and drills focus on developing the skills needed to perform at a high level on the field and in high pressure situations. Over the past 4 years that we have been with QBF, Brian has developed the ability to make the right decision quickly and complete the accurate throw. Chris has also been an excellent resource in navigating the demands of playing the quarterback position for the player as well as the parent. He has always been available to provide advice and support when needed. We highly recommend this team for QB and WR training.”

Curt and Anne Jester, Parents of Brian Jester (Tuscarora)

“Both of our sons attended the QB Factory last year. We saw such an improvement in their footwork, speed and other techniques that improved their performance during the season. We would recommend this program to anyone who has an upcoming quarterback. we wish we knew about this when our older son was in 8th grade.

“Both of the boys mechanics have improved due to attending the QB Factory. The benefits are there – you need to take advantage of it. Both boys played at Damascus HS and are playing D1 football”

Paul & Judy Frazier, Parents of Connor Frazier (Towson) & Kyle Frazier (Monmouth)

“The QB Factory prepared Zack to be a quarterback The drills he did at the QB Factory honed not only his passing but also his dropbacks, rollouts, throwing on the run and all the other details that come with being a QB.

“When practice started in August he didn’t have to think about these things, they were second nature. He could concentrate on the play and the defense. This gave him a lot of confidence and it showed in his numbers and play. He threw for 35 touchdowns and only 4 interceptions and his team won the State Championship. I would highly recommend the QB Factory”

John Splain, Parent of Zack Splain (University of Dayton)
